Of course there are problems some times - something might be out of stock, an order might be delayed, etc. Did we do a good job in taking care of the problem?

My search engine came up with a LOT of websites. I probably went through several dozen pages, bookmarking lures that looked promising. Most sites displayed the glittery metal type of lures, but then I came across either your site or something on the Megabait Charlie. It sounded like the ultimate lure--and the perfect gift. Extreme Lures had a good selection of the Megabait lures in general, some with links to professional reviews that really helped me to decide if the lures would be right for our friend.
The overall quality and selection of the lures on your site and the easy navigation made this a great one-stop shopping place. I deleted my other bookmarks and picked out a selection of lures from this site only.
I like the way your site loads quickly, has nice big, sharp pictures to help me see what the lures look like and good prices (I assume). The brief descriptions and professional reviews are invaluable--I'd be lost without them.
Our friend was delighted with the lures he got for Christmas. He could hardly wait to try them and said they worked like a charm. This year, we thought we would get him a few more (apparently you can't have too many lures).

Thank you very much for the timely order. My partner and I fished a tournament last weekend. There was a total of 48 boats. We nailed fish with the bait however, no real size. Total of 13 pounds. Maybe next time we will get a KICKER. Thanks again.
Kind Regards,

So far, I haven't found anybody that can beat EL.com. My favorite part is that I don't have to order baits three weeks in advance when a tournament is coming up. I don't think I've ever had an order take more than three days to get to me. Not to mention, I usually get a SHIPMENT notice within 30 minutes to an hour of ordering. Most online retailers take that long just to send you a confirmation.
From now on, if I can get it from ExtremeLures.com, I will.

"I was fishing a popular lake on Feb. 06, early in the a.m. , when I heard a sound that reminded me of when I was a kid throwing large rocks into the local pond. I looked to see what was causing this loud noise. it was my fishing buddy casting a rather large swimbait that looked as if it had flatened like a pancake. I thought for a moment , and asked him to down size his projectile. He admitted that the weight was a little extreme and was putting a strain on his tackle. I poked through my stuff and came up with my megabait in the "5" inch chatlie lt trout twenty minutes and four fish later he still had not found his alternate swimbait. four fish in twenty minutes, the smallest of these was 4lb, the largest was 6lb. to this day he is trying to find the exact bait that I was throwing. Thanx for letting me finally get one up on this guy."
